About Joi
Joi is a passionate Physiotherapist with experience in utilising manual therapy, exercises, and Clinical Pilates to treat his clients. He studied physiology and anatomy at the University of Melbourne followed by a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
He gained work experience at various hospitals in NSW including the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Fairfield Hospital, and Royal North Shore Hospital. In Melbourne, Joi has worked in private practice mainly treating musculoskeletal conditions, especially of the neck, lower back, hips, and knees. He loves incorporating Clinical Pilates in his treatment, especially when treating chronic pain conditions. He is also passionate about neurological conditions and is currently working as a Junior Physiotherapist in neurological physiotherapy. Joi is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
Outside of work, Joi is a big music listener and loves playing guitar. He likes to go out for brunch on weekends and to spend time with his cat Momo.
